We require a $50 deposit to secure your detailing appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service and helps us reserve time for you.Deposits

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.

The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 24 hours before your appointment:
You may cancel or reschedule with no penalty. We will fully refund your $50 deposit. -
Within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment:
Your $50 deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up at the agreed time and location without any prior notice (No-Show), you will forfeit the full $50 deposit.

We will also charge up to 50% of the total scheduled service cost, as we are unable to fill the reserved time slot.

Repeated no-shows may result in the loss of future booking privileges.
Refunds After Service

Once the detailing service has been completed, refunds are generally not available.

If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no extra charge.
Weather & Special Circumstances
In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions that prevent safe service, we will work with you to reschedule at no penalty.We appreciate your understanding.
