Welcome to the Lakeshore Detail LLC website. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.1. ServicesLakeshore Detail LLC provides professional mobile auto detailing services in Rockwall, TX and surrounding areas. All services are performed at the location you provide. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for detailing.2. Bookings and Deposits

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward the total service cost.

  • By booking, you confirm the date, time, and location are correct.

  • We require access to water and electricity for most services. If not provided, we may need to reschedule or charge additional fees.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling more than 24 hours before the appointment: Full refund of your $50 deposit.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment: Your $50 deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.

  • No-Show: If you fail to appear at the scheduled time and location without notice, you forfeit the full $50 deposit. We may also charge up to 50% of the total service cost. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges.

  • Once service is completed, refunds are generally not available. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 48 hours — we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no extra charge.

4. Customer ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:

  • Disclose any pre-existing damage, defects, or mechanical issues on your vehicle before service begins.

  • Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Provide a safe and accessible location for service.

  • Notify us in advance of any areas you do not want detailed.

  • We do not reinstall child car seats.

5. Limitation of Liability and WaiverCar detailing involves inherent risks, especially on vehicles with pre-existing damage, loose parts, or malfunctioning components. By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks and release Lakeshore Detail LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability for damage to your vehicle, its contents, or related claims — including damage caused by negligence — to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your failure to disclose pre-existing issues.We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage that worsens during normal detailing

  • Damage caused by malfunctioning parts or equipment

  • Personal property left in the vehicle

Note: This does not limit liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.6. PaymentFull payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods. All prices are subject to change.7. Photos and MarketingWe may take before-and-after photos or videos of your vehicle for internal records and marketing purposes. You may opt out by checking the box on our waiver form or notifying us in writing. We will not tag you on social media, but you may tag yourself.8. PrivacyYour use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.9. General Provisions

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Rockwall County, Texas.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

By booking or receiving services from Lakeshore Detail LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including our Liability Waiver and Cancellation & Refund Policy.Contact Us
